Standard Shipping For Hair Product

* Once an order is placed, customers will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout. Please review this date carefully and purchase accordingly, as delivery timelines are provided prior to order confirmation. All hair products undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping to ensure each customer receives the highest quality product. Because of this process, orders will not be rushed under any circumstances. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and inspection timelines. We appreciate your patience as we take the necessary steps to deliver products that meet our standards.

Standard Shipping For Beauty Products
*   All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.
During Sales Your processing and shipping times maybe longer.

SHIPPING DELAYS
* For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a hair appointment or other events coming up it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
* We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to bad weather , holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Estimated shipping times is provides upon adding item to cart. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
* Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it.
* We do not do returns on any products due to sanitary reasons.
Holiday Times
* We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
* We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.
* We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. In the event that this happens please contact the carrier and file a complaint.
* Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact the shipping company directly in regards to your shipment status.
